Section 421
Property of another not to be transferred

(1) No one shall be allowed to transfer the rights and property of another person to another person.
(2) If someone transfers property contrary to sub-section (1), such document or transaction shall be void.
(3) If the real owner claims the property transferred according to sub-section (1), the person receiving such property shall return such property to the respective owner.
(4) If someone finds someone's lost or stolen property, the owner of such property can claim his ownership of such property within three years from the date of loss or theft.
(5) If someone comes to claim such property according to sub-section (4), the person who finds such property, if any amount has been spent in the preservation or maintenance of such property, shall take such amount and return it to the owner of such property.
(6) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (4), if any person has acquired stolen or lost property in the public market or by any person or body by public auction or promotion, if the owner of such property has paid any fee or amount while receiving such property. If so, such property will not be forced to be returned to the real owner until the amount is paid.
